Summary
Description
Within this bohemian neighborhood of artists and authors, we find a tourist building at number 7 of Huerto del Conde street, in the heart of the Lagunillas neighborhood (a few meters from Picasso’s birthplace and the Plaza de la Merced), distributed in five fabulous apartments recently renovated and with an identity of this urban enclave. Recently renovated historic building, located very close to one of the most famous icons of our city, the birthplace of our beloved Picasso and next to the Plaza de la Merced, in the heart of the downtown district. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a double bed. Undoubtedly a perfect location to discover every corner and tourist attractions of Malaga.
Although its name is not as well known as that of Soho in Malaga, we are in front of the real epicenter of urban art. A neighborhood still somewhat unknown by the inhabitants of the city, but that inside houses a source of creativity and inspiration for its passersby.
Located very close to one of the most famous icons of our city, the birthplace of our beloved Picasso, this neighborhood, cemented by its inhabitants, has gone from being an area that bordered on decadence, to a place of worship for the artists of our city. Little by little, more and more tourists stumble upon this similarity to the New York neighborhood and are captivated by its art and creative atmosphere. This is the true epicenter of urban art. A neighborhood still somewhat unknown by the inhabitants of the city, but that inside houses a source of creativity and inspiration for its neighbors. Here the streets come alive, the balconies rise up to the sky in a range of colors and Picassian shapes. Some graffiti parody different types of current works with cheerful and malagueño versions.
